其实这汤不是很好喝......加了几片陈皮,所以中药味有点浓......
至少对于我这种很怕药味的的人来说这汤的味道是不讨人喜欢的......
但看在功效强劲的份上,还是强迫自己喝了一碗......
靓汤营养谱:
陈皮可以化痰理气、止咳,
再加上银耳、雪梨,成就了这一道解热生津、化痰止咳、润肺养颜的好汤水。




用料:
陈皮+雪梨+胡萝卜+蜜枣+银耳+桂花蜜
(此方出自贝太系列图书《一碗好汤》)
做法:
1、银耳放在清洁无油的容器中用温水泡软,撕成小块,去掉淡黄色的根部;
雪梨洗净去核,胡萝卜洗净,分别切成厚片。
2、在锅中放入八分满的水,加入陈皮,大火煮开后,放入雪梨、胡萝卜、蜜枣,
大火煮20分钟后,转成小火再煮一小时。
3、最后放入泡软择好的银耳,继续煮一小时即可。
4、可以依照个人喜好加入冰糖或者蜂蜜饮用哈,我加的是桂花蜜。
